@fayazbakersFayaz Bakers Limited is one of Kenya's most storied food brands — a family bakery with over 100 years of tradition, now in its 4th generation. From Mombasa to a new Nairobi expansion, the heritage is extraordinary. But on social media, that story wasn't being told.
The challenge was bridging a century of craft with the fast-paced, short-form world of TikTok and Instagram — without making the brand feel like it was trying too hard, or losing the warmth and authenticity that defines Fayaz.
We built a content identity that sat at the intersection of heritage and hunger. Behind-the-scenes bakery footage, hand-kneading dough, bread coming out of the oven, pastry textures in close-up — every piece of content was designed to make the viewer feel the warmth of a bakery that has been doing this for generations.
For the Nairobi launch, we created a multi-phase content campaign that introduced Fayaz to a new market while honouring everything that made it iconic in Mombasa.
